Pay Monthly Web Design FAQ's
Who can benefit from Comgem's pay monthly web design service?
Our pay monthly web design service is specifically designed for small businesses requiring high quality web design. It provides a cost effective way to spread the cost of your web design project.
What does your pay monthly web design service include?
We have three pay monthly web design packages. Our starter package is a brochure web design solution, which is perfect if you require a basic brochure style website. Our CMS package is a content managed web design solution. This will provide you with a website you can easily update. Our third package is our ecommerce web design package, this is ideal if you are looking for a simple, but effective online shop.
What is the difference between Comgem's pay month services and standard service offerings?
Our pay monthly web design services are 'out of the box' web solutions. This means that we don't provide any custom development like we would on our standard service offering. So if you have specific requirements, our pay monthly solutions may not be the best option for your business.
To further keep the costs down, our pay monthly services also exclude certain service aspects that we would offer as standard as part of our standard service offerings, such as our web design guarantee, theming, multiple layouts, different graphical elements, one to one training, content input and advanced email / phone support. Another important difference is unlike our standard service offerings Comgem retains ownership over the design and graphical elements it creates, so if copyright is important to you again our pay monthly packages may not be the best option.
What does the 8 hours free web design include?
The 8 hours free web design will provide you with up to 8 hours worth of web design time. This includes the design, HTML and CSS development. This is normally more than sufficient time to modify and customise one of our existing web layouts, and create a website that will fit your brand.
Are there any conditions of applying for the 8 hours worth of free web design?
We've tried to keep the eligibility requirements for the free web design as simple as possible. To qualify you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Be a new Comgem customer - limited to one free web design per customer
- Subject to a minimum of a three year agreement
- Sign up to either our pay monthly CMS web design package or pay monthly ecommerce web design package
- Pay an upfront deposit the equivalent of three months service fee (monthly service costs will apply upon go live)
What happens if I exceed my free 8 hour web design allocation?
If your design takes a little longer or you require additional design elements, you will be charged our standard hourly rate. We will try to provide our best to provide you with an estimate in advance and keep you updates as to any changes to this so you know any cost implications in advance.
Am I provided with training?
We provide basic training with our pay monthly packages, this is typically delivered at our office or online. This goes through the basics of updating your website. We also have a dedicated support website which you will have access too.

Once my contract has expired, what notice period do I have to provide?

So if you have a 36 month agreement and you'd like to cancel 30 months into your contract you will be required to pay for the remaining 6 months of your agreement.
Can I upgrade my package?
