PHS Laundryserv: A lasting digital partnership

Introduction

Comgem is a digital media agency who specializes in combining cutting edge technology, with award winning creativity and results driven marketing. PHS approached Comgem in the development of the new Laundryserv website having been let down on a number of occasions by a larger, well known digital media agency, who had simply lost touch and flexibility with the company’s evolving needs.

Situation

PHS had used the same digital media agency for many year, however had become frustrated with the lack of flexibility and poor service offered by the company. PHS needed the a Laundryserv content managed website to be designed and developed within an eight week period, so decided to contact Comgem having been recommended by another delighted Comgem client.

Solution

PHS wanted a solution that would be easy to update as well as effectively convey the Laundryserv brand identity. They wanted the website to not only create brand awareness but also help them build long lasting relationship with their website visitors.

As multiple people would be updating the website, it was important for the content management system to cater for multiple user roles and permissions. This is something their previous solution failed to do.

Implementation

In addition to creating the website design and layout out we implemented an enterprise level content management system that would facilitate the update of the website. To add interactivity to the page we created some animated call to actions designed to draw website visitors to the key sections on the website.

To allow PHS to effectively build their database we created a facility where they could create downloadable materials that were accessible upon entering the required contact details.

Results

Since implementing the new website, feedback has been extraordinary. Not only has the company successful built their contact database, but PHS were so impressed with the design, turn around and expertise of the Comgem team that we have now become their preferred supplier for all website design and development work.
